Lobis The Dandie!

Lobis :)

Lobis is our cute, little, sweet, pepper Dandie Dinmont Terrier girl which is living in Umea, Sweden. During the first weeks in her new home she used every opportunity to entertain and test her owners. But after a while Lobis found her place in her new home and became a very sweet, charming and cute Dandie girl with just a bit devil inside. But as the breed name is already saying it is a Terrier and that she has to show us sometimes. Even we must say Dandies are not like other Terrier they are special. They can be stubborn and Terrier-like but they still always show a charming and sensitive site.
Lobis is really into cuddling, she loves that. She could be stroked for hours and is thinking it is always worth a try to ask as well strangers for some attention and cuddles. Lobis loves humans about all. It doesn’t matter if she knows the person or if it is a totally stranger, if she could she would just go to everyone to give kisses and share her happiness. Yes, Lobis is a very very happy Dandie with a very happy wagging tail, too. She is using her tail in quite a lot of occasion to show how happy she is. Another thing Lobis really loves is her toys. She is a very playful Dandie puppy and can play for hours. She has quite some different toys but especially she likes soft toys and any kind of paper. She is as well really into her Kong, a rubber toy which can be filled with food. Chewing is one of Lobis favourite amusement. To keep our furniture save she has different chewing items she can chew and a bone can keep her easily busy for some hours.
Lobis is as well a very smart girl, who learns new things very fast and always surprising her owners with new things she is coming up with. Like probably all Terrier, Lobis has often first to be convinced why she should do something but if she sees that it will be good for her she is usually following the rules. Especially when it means that she will get a small tasty tidbit for her behaviour. She loves small pieces of cheese and rumen.
Another things Lobis really like is snow. It is fun for her to jump like a rabbit through the snow and dig small hole. Being outside gets more and more interested for her and she enjoys small walks with us.
Lobis has a very good sound system what she likes to use. She has quite a repertoire of sounds from barking, beeping, crying, sighing, complaining, happy sounds to yodel. Everything goes and brings fun for her. For all kinds of situations she has a different sound and she is discovering again and again new ones!

All in all Lobis is a very cute Dandie girl with a very happy, friendly and charming character and the devil in her is just sometimes coming out. She makes us laugh so often and we enjoy so much having her.
